Apple Chicken

Tuesday of my "Meals of Blogland" Meal Plan and tonight's meal came from Making my Own Luck.
It was delicious! The sauce was not too sweet and had a wonderful tang thanks to the addition of wine and apple cider. Served with a side of  mashed potatoes and carrots this was a perfect Autumn meal. The only change I would do is not to put the apples in until closer to the end as we found them to be a little overcooked and mushy. Overall, this will be back for sure - easy AND yummy!
