Chinese Chicken with Pineapple

By the name of this meal you'd think it was sweet, but it wasn't; it had just the right amount of zip. It was a super delicious meal that tasted like take-out without being greasy or sweet and a whole lot healthier too. I used Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs instead of Breasts because I always manage to dry out Chicken Breast and the Thighs turned out perfect. I've made this before and I'll do it again - maybe you should give it a try too!
