Yet another absolutely beautiful day here and we are SO thankful for it because we were able to get some more raking and yard work done.
We decided to continue to take advantage of the beautiful weather and have a Hot Dog roast around the fire. Brushetta and Cheese Crisps to start and on the side we had a quinoa salad that I whipped up on the fly (which turned out fantastic)! AH-MAZING Pumpkin spice cake cookies with a custard icing (which turns a nice Autumn yellow colour) and traditional smores to end it off.
