Pistachio Crusted Chicken

Phew, what a lot of work! I thought "save some money and get pistachios in the shell and just do the work myself".  Yeah Right! Don't do what I did, spend the extra couple bucks! I spent 1/2 hour just shelling the nuts. The flavour and texture were great, but there are many recipes out there that are far less work that turn out just as good.
