Sorry Jamie, but I found this soup mediocre, my husband enjoyed it though. I made my son a grilled cheese sandwich to dip because I knew he wouldn't be keen on the big chunks of tomatoes and that worked like a charm and with the dipping he ate most of his soup! This would be a good summertime soup, but honestly it's not one of my favourite tomato soup recipes out there. So you can try it and see if I am wrong, but I probably won't make it again.
