The flavour of the potatoes was AMAZING and I will definitely use that ingredient combo sometime in the future, but, well this meal was a lot of work! I am not too sure why it was such a laborious meal, I think my timing was off and I was just not "feeling" it... It took me 1 1/2 hours to make supper tonight and honestly the end result was not really worth it to me. Essentially this was sausage with scalloped potatoes. But hey, it might work out great for you so give it a try and see what I mean about the potatoes. Just make sure you do it on a night where you have lots of time!
