A friend of mine suggested that I check out the Betty Crocker Website, so all the dinners that I will be making this week are from the site in the Fast and Easy Dinner Recipes Section and claim to be on the table in 30 minutes or less, I'm intrigued to see if I can do it.
The end of this week also holds Canadian Thanksgiving - with next Monday being the holiday. As such we are having dinner away from home both Saturday and Sunday. I will not be making the main courses either night, but as requested from both hosts I will be bringing dessert both nights and my yummy Cranberry Sauce on Sunday for Turkey Dinner.
Monday ~ 30 Minute Mini Meat Loaves served with Mashed Potatoes and Zucchini Parmesan
Tuesday ~ Chickpea and Tomato Curry served with Rice
Wednesday ~Penne with Cheesy Tomato Sausage Sauce served with Tossed Salad
Thursday ~Spicy Skillet Chicken
Friday ~One Pan Pasta and Meatballs
Saturday ~ Dessert not decided yet as I am unsure of the menu. Check back to find out!
Sunday ~Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake with Homemade Graham Crust
Pecan Pie Bars
Cranberry Sauce
Pecan Pie Bars
Cranberry Sauce

Great Menu! I've tried the 30 minute mini meatloaves before and they received passing reviews from the family.

I know it was me that recommended the site, but I use the IPAD app so I will actually have to check out the site, I don't think I have come accross any of the recipes and they sound yummy.
ReplyDeleteOOoh, those mini-meatloaves sound like something I need to try!!
ReplyDeleteColleen - I just posted my review of them... PLEASE DO try them! SO yummy

30 minutes is always a stretch for me! Seems like it is either 10 minute leftovers or 1 hour 4 course meal!
